Eject the S Pen
1 minPress the S Pen spring button to pop it out, then slide the stylus completely out of the phone.

Remove the SIM Card Tray
1 minInsert a SIM eject tool or paperclip into the small hole at the top edge of the phone to eject the tray.

Heat the Rear Glass
3 minUse a heat gun or hair dryer on low setting to heat the outer edges of the rear glass panel for 2 to 3 minutes.

Slice the Glass Adhesive

2 minCarefully lift the top edge of the logic board and remove it from the phone body.

2 minLower the replacement logic board into the phone frame, ensuring no underlying cables are trapped underneath.

Reconnect Main Board Connectors
4 minPress the display cable, front camera, daughterboard connector, and antenna cables firmly into their respective sockets until they click.
