   Remove the SIM Card Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the pinhole at the top edge of the phone to pop out the tray. Remove the SIM tray and the S Pen completely.

   Heat the Rear Glass

   Use a heat gun or hair dryer on low setting to heat the outer edges of the rear cover for 2 minutes. This softens the underlying factory adhesive.

   Attach the Suction Cup

   Place a suction cup near the bottom edge of the back glass and pull upward firmly to create a tiny gap. Avoid pulling too hard to prevent cracking the glass cover.

   Insert an Opening Pick

   Slide a plastic opening pick into the gap created beneath the back glass. Leave the pick in place to stop the adhesive from cooling and resealing.

   Slice the Perimeter Adhesive

   Slide plastic picks around all four edges of the back panel to cut through the adhesive seal. Reapply heat if you feel strong resistance.

   Remove the Rear Glass Cover

   Gently lift the back cover glass off the chassis and set it aside safely. Use isopropyl alcohol to clean off remaining tape residue from the frame edges.

   Unscrew the Upper Bracket

   Use a Phillips #000 screwdriver to remove the five screws holding the upper wireless charging coil bracket in place. Carefully unclip and remove the bracket.

   Disconnect the Battery Press Connector

   Use the flat end of a spudger to pry the battery flex cable straight up from its motherboard socket. This cuts power to the board and prevents electrical shorts.

   Unscrew the Loudspeaker Module

   Remove the five Phillips #000 screws securing the bottom loudspeaker assembly to the phone chassis.

    Pry Out the Old Loudspeaker

    Insert the flat edge of a spudger underneath the loudspeaker module notch. Gently lever the speaker assembly up and lift it out of the housing.

    Position the New Loudspeaker

    Align the replacement loudspeaker module with the bottom cavity of the phone frame. Press down evenly until it sits completely flush.

    Secure the Loudspeaker Screws

    Thread and tighten the five Phillips #000 screws back into the loudspeaker assembly. Ensure all screws are snug without over-tightening them.

    Reconnect the Battery Cable

    Press the battery cable connector straight down onto the motherboard until it snaps into place. Reinstall the upper wireless charging bracket and its screws.

    Reseal the Back Panel

    Apply new custom-cut adhesive strips along the phone frame perimeter. Align the rear glass cover, press firmly around all edges, and hold pressure for 2 minutes to secure.
