Eject S Pen and SIM Tray
2 minUse a SIM eject tool to push out the SIM card tray from the top edge. Pull the S Pen out from its slot at the bottom.

Heat the Rear Glass
3 minApply a heat gun or hair dryer around the back cover edges for two minutes to soften the internal adhesive. Make sure the glass is warm to the touch.

Attach the Suction Cup
2 minPlace a suction cup onto the lower third of the rear glass cover. Pull upward firmly to create a thin gap between the cover and frame.

Slice the Edge Adhesive
4 minInsert a plastic opening pick into the gap created near the bottom edge. Slide the pick along the perimeter to slice through the factory adhesive tape.

Remove the Back Cover
2 minLift the rear glass cover straight off the chassis once all edges are freed. Place it on a clean workspace to prevent scratches.

Unscrew Upper Bracket
3 minRemove the five Phillips #00 screws securing the upper wireless charging coil bracket. Organize the screws carefully for reassembly.

Disconnect Wireless Charging Coil
3 minUse the flat end of a spudger to pry the wireless charging coil press connector straight off the motherboard. Peel the black coil layer back.

Unscrew Loudspeaker Module
3 minRemove the five Phillips #00 screws holding the loudspeaker housing in place over the lower portion of the phone.

Pry Out Damaged Speaker
2 minInsert a spudger under the notch on the top edge of the speaker module. Gently lever the speaker up and remove it from the frame.

Position New Loudspeaker
2 minSet the replacement loudspeaker module into the bottom chamber of the chassis. Press down lightly around the edges until it sits flush.

Secure Lower Screws
3 minReinstall the five Phillips #00 screws into the loudspeaker assembly to lock it into the frame.

Reattach Wireless Charging Pad
3 minAlign and press the wireless charging coil connector down onto the motherboard until it snaps. Fasten the five upper bracket screws.

Apply Rear Frame Adhesive
4 minClean remaining old glue with isopropyl alcohol, then align and apply a pre-cut back cover adhesive strip around the frame perimeter.

Seal the Back Cover
3 minAlign the glass back cover with the frame and press firmly along the edges. Apply heat for 30 seconds and clamp lightly to set the bond.

Reinsert SIM Tray and S Pen
1 minPush the SIM card tray back into its slot on the top frame until flush. Slide the S Pen fully back into its bottom cavity.
