   Remove S Pen

   Press the S Pen inward to release the spring mechanism, then pull it completely out of the phone.

   Press and hold the Side and Volume Down buttons simultaneously, then tap Power Off on the screen.

   Heat Back Cover

   Use a heat gun on low power to warm the outer edges of the rear glass for 2-3 minutes to soften the adhesive.

   Press a suction cup firmly onto the lower portion of the rear glass and lift up gently to create a thin gap.

   Insert a plastic opening pick into the gap and slowly slide it along the edges to slice through the adhesive seal.

   Lift the rear glass panel away from the frame once all sides are fully separated.

   Unscrew Wireless Charging Assembly

   Remove the 5 Phillips #00 screws holding down the upper motherboard bracket and wireless charging pad.

   Detach Wireless Coil

   Pry up the wireless charging coil press connector with a spudger, then gently peel the coil off the battery.

   Use the pointed tip of a spudger to pop the battery connector straight up off the motherboard socket.

    Remove the 5 Phillips #00 screws securing the bottom speaker enclosure to the frame.

    Pry underneath the edges of the loudspeaker module using a spudger and lift it out of the chassis.

    Disconnect the main display flex cable from the lower motherboard connection using a plastic spudger.

    Apply even heat to the front glass perimeter using a heat gun for 3 minutes to break down the display tape.

    Separate Display Panel

    Place a suction cup on the front screen, pull upward, and insert an opening pick between the OLED and midframe.

    Slice Display Adhesive

    Slide picks around the left, right, top, and bottom screen perimeter to cut all surrounding tape.

    Thread Cable and Remove Screen

    Pivot the screen off the frame, carefully guiding the display flex cable out through its frame slot.

    Clean Frame Adhesive

    Scrape away remaining glue from the midframe perimeter using isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth.

    Lay down custom double-sided display adhesive strips along the clean inner perimeter of the frame.

    Feed the new display flex cable through the midframe slot and align the glass panel evenly onto the frame.

    Reconnect Display and Battery

    Align and press down on the display cable and battery cable connectors until they snap into place.

    Place the loudspeaker and wireless coil back into position, then secure all Phillips #00 screws tightly.
