   Eject SIM Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole on the top edge of the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Press firmly to pop out the SIM card tray and remove it.

   Heat Rear Glass

   Apply heat to the rear glass cover using a heat gun set to low for two to three minutes. Focus on the outer edges to soften the internal waterproof adhesive.

   Attach Suction Cup

   Place a suction cup near the bottom edge of the back glass cover, avoiding the camera bump. Press down firmly to create a secure vacuum seal.

   Insert Opening Pick

   Pull up on the suction cup to create a small gap between the glass and the frame. Slide a thin plastic opening pick into the seam.

   Slice Rear Adhesive

   Slide the plastic pick around all four perimeters of the rear panel to cut through the adhesive. Apply additional heat if the pick meets resistance.

   Remove Rear Glass

   Gently lift the back glass off the phone body, taking care not to strain any lingering adhesive threads. Set the panel aside on a soft surface.

   Unscrew Wireless Charging Coil

   Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the five screws securing the upper wireless charging pad and NFC coil assembly.

   Detach Wireless Charging Pad

   Pry up the wireless charging coil connector from the motherboard using a plastic spudger. Lift and remove the coil pad from the device.

   Disconnect Battery Flex Cable

   Locate the main battery press connector on the motherboard. Pry it straight up with a nylon spudger to cut power to the device.

    Unscrew Loudspeaker Bracket

    Remove the five Phillips #00 screws holding the lower speaker module in place over the S Pen chamber.

    Remove Loudspeaker Module

    Insert a spudger under the edge of the speaker enclosure and pry it up. Remove the speaker assembly from the bottom of the frame.

    Disconnect S Pen Sensor Flex

    Locate the S Pen charging sensor press connector on the lower mainboard array. Carefully pop the connector straight up using a spudger.

    Unscrew S Pen Slot Assembly

    Remove the two Phillips #00 screws anchoring the S Pen eject spring bracket to the bottom frame housing.

    Remove Damaged S Pen Assembly

    Use fine tweezers to gently lift the internal S Pen sleeve and ejector mechanism out of its chassis slot.

    Install New S Pen Assembly

    Slide the replacement S Pen slot assembly into the bottom chamber, aligning the screw holes and sensor alignment pins.

    Connect S Pen Sensor Cable

    Align the S Pen sensor ribbon cable over its motherboard socket and press down firmly until it clicks into position.

    Reinstall Loudspeaker Assembly

    Set the speaker housing back onto the bottom frame and reinsert the five Phillips #00 screws until snug.

    Reconnect Battery and Wireless Coil

    Snap the battery flex cable back into its socket, then position the wireless charging coil and secure its five Phillips #00 screws.

    Seal Rear Glass Panel

    Apply new pre-cut adhesive to the rear frame, press the glass back cover into place, and apply gentle pressure along the edges to seal.
