   Power off device and eject S-Pen

   Press and hold the power button to completely turn off the Galaxy Note 10. Press down on the S-Pen until it clicks, then pull it straight out of its slot.

   Remove SIM card tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the small hole on the top edge of the phone. Push firmly to pop the tray out, then remove it completely.

   Heat rear glass panel

   Use a heat gun or hair dryer on low heat around all four edges of the back glass for two minutes. This softens the factory adhesive holding the panel in place.

   Attach suction cup to rear glass

   Place a suction cup near the bottom edge of the back glass panel. Press down firmly to create a tight vacuum seal.

   Slice rear glass adhesive seam

   Pull up gently on the suction cup to create a small gap at the bottom edge. Insert an opening pick into the gap and slice along the edges to separate the adhesive.

   Lift and remove rear glass

   Carefully lift the rear glass off the chassis once all adhesive seams are sliced. Set the glass panel aside on a clean surface.

   Unscrew motherboard bracket and wireless coil

   Use a Phillips #000 screwdriver to remove the five screws securing the upper wireless charging coil and motherboard bracket.

   Remove wireless charging coil assembly

   Use a spudger to gently lift the top edge of the plastic bracket and peel the wireless charging pad off the battery housing.

   Disconnect battery flex press connector

   Use the flat end of a plastic spudger to snap the battery connector straight up from its motherboard socket. This cuts power to the device during repair.

    Unscrew lower loudspeaker housing

    Remove the five Phillips #000 screws that secure the loudspeaker assembly to the bottom of the frame.

    Pry out loudspeaker module

    Insert a spudger beneath the top edge of the loudspeaker housing. Carefully pry upward to unclip it from the frame and remove it.

    Insert new loudspeaker module

    Position the new loudspeaker assembly into the bottom chassis compartment. Press down along the edges until it clicks firmly into place.

    Secure loudspeaker housing screws

    Reinstall and tighten the five Phillips #000 screws on the loudspeaker module until snug. Do not overtighten.

    Reconnect battery flex cable

    Align the battery press connector over its motherboard socket and press down flat until it snaps into place.

    Reattach wireless charging coil bracket

    Lower the wireless charging coil bracket back onto the chassis and press the top edge in place. Reinstall the five Phillips #000 screws.

    Clean old adhesive residue

    Apply high-concentration isopropyl alcohol to a lint-free cloth and scrape away leftover adhesive strips from the metal frame perimeter.

    Apply new back cover adhesive

    Peel the protective film off a replacement back cover adhesive gasket and align it precisely onto the phone's frame. Press firmly to stick it down.

    Press rear glass into place

    Align the rear glass panel perfectly over the frame and press firmly around all perimeter edges to seat the adhesive seal.
