Step-by-step

Power Off and Eject SIM Tray
2 minTurn off your Galaxy Note 10 Lite completely. Use a SIM eject tool to remove the SIM card tray and slide out the S Pen.

Heat the Rear Cover
3 minApply a heated iOpener or heat gun to the back cover edges for 2 to 3 minutes to soften the adhesive.

Attach Suction Handle
2 minPress a suction handle onto the bottom edge of the back cover and pull upward firmly to create a small gap.

Insert Opening Pick
2 minInsert a plastic opening pick into the gap created between the back cover and the frame.

4 minSlide the pick along all four sides of the rear glass to cut through the perimeter adhesive.

5 minUse a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the 16 screws securing the midframe and lower loudspeaker assembly.

2 minPry the battery connector straight up from its socket on the motherboard using a plastic spudger.

Pry Up Loudspeaker Assembly
3 minInsert the flat end of a spudger under the edge of the bottom loudspeaker housing and lift it out of the frame.

Install New Loudspeaker Module
2 minPosition the new loudspeaker assembly over the lower sub-board region and press it down flush into the frame.

Reconnect Battery Cable
1 minPress the battery flex cable connector back into its motherboard socket until it snaps into place.

Replace Plastic Midframe
2 minSet the midframe piece back into position over the motherboard and upper frame.

Secure Midframe Screws
4 minReinsert and tighten the 16 Phillips #00 screws to secure the speaker module and midframe.

Apply Back Cover Adhesive
3 minClean remaining adhesive off the frame edges with isopropyl alcohol and align new pre-cut adhesive strips.

Seal the Back Cover
2 minAlign the back cover with the body and press firmly along the perimeter to re-establish the bond.

Reinsert SIM Tray and S Pen
1 minSlide the SIM card tray back into its slot and reinsert the S Pen.
