   Power Off the Galaxy A54

   Eject the SIM Card Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole at the top edge of the phone to pop out and remove the SIM tray.

   Apply heat to the perimeter of the back panel for 2 to 3 minutes using a heat gun or hair dryer on low setting to soften the glue.

   Slice the Back Cover Adhesive

   Insert a plastic prying tool into the seam and slide it slowly along all edges to cut through the adhesive seal.

   Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the 13 screws securing the plastic midframe and wireless charging coil frame.

   Pry Off the Midframe Shield

   Insert a spudger under the designated notch near the top edge and lift the midframe off the chassis.

   Disconnect the Battery Cable

   Use the flat end of a plastic spudger to pry the battery connector directly upward from the motherboard socket.

    Disconnect Motherboard Interconnect Cables

    Disconnect the main and display flex connectors from the upper motherboard using your plastic spudger.

    Disconnect Display Connector on Sub-Board

    Pry up the lower display flex cable connector attached to the sub-board near the bottom of the device.

    Heat the Front Display Assembly

    Warm the edges of the front glass screen evenly with a heat gun for 2 minutes to loosen the screen adhesive.

    Attach Suction Cup to Front Glass

    Secure the suction cup onto the bottom center section of the cracked display assembly.

    Slice the Display Adhesive

    Pull up on the suction cup, insert an opening pick into the gap, and cut around all perimeter edges.

    Remove Damaged Screen Assembly

    Lift the display away while carefully guiding the attached flex cable out through the frame slot.

    Clean Residual Adhesive Frame

    Scrape remaining adhesive off the aluminum frame using isopropyl alcohol and a plastic spudger.

    Position fresh pre-cut double-sided adhesive strips along the perimeter frame channels.

    Feed Cable and Install New Screen

    Thread the new screen's flex cable through the chassis slot and firmly press the screen into the frame.

    Press the display flex connectors into their sub-board and motherboard sockets, followed by the battery flex connector.
