   Eject the SIM Card Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the pinhole on the left edge of the phone. Push firmly to eject the tray, then remove it completely.

   Apply heat to the edges of the back cover using a heat gun or hair dryer for 1 to 2 minutes. This softens the perimeter adhesive holding the plastic rear shell.

    Reinsert the SIM Card Tray
