2 minSlightly lift the back cover and use a spudger to disconnect the fingerprint sensor flex cable from the board before removing the cover completely.

4 minUse a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the 11 screws securing the plastic motherboard shield.

Remove Motherboard Shield
2 minInsert the tip of a spudger under the motherboard shield and gently pry up to remove it from the device.

Disconnect Battery Connector
1 minUse a plastic spudger to pry the battery press connector straight up off the logic board to prevent electrical shorts.

2 minPry up the display flex cable press connector from the logic board using your spudger.

Disconnect Sub-Board Cable
2 minDetach the main interconnect cable connector that links the lower charging board to the logic board.

Detach Coaxial Antennas
3 minUse fine-tipped tweezers to carefully pry up the white and blue coaxial antenna cables from their sockets on the board.

Disconnect Front Camera
2 minUnplug the front-facing camera connector from the logic board and lift the camera out of its housing.

Lift Out Logic Board
3 minGently insert a spudger under the bottom edge of the logic board and lift it out of the phone frame.
