Power Down Device

1 minUse a spudger to disconnect the main interconnect flex cable press connector from the daughterboard.

Disconnect Antenna Coaxial Cable
1 minGently pry up the antenna coaxial cable connector from the daughterboard using tweezers.

Remove Microphone Sub-Board
2 minInsert a spudger under the lower daughterboard containing the microphone and carefully pry it out of the recess.

Install Replacement Sub-Board
2 minAlign the new sub-board into the lower housing, ensuring the microphone aligns with the frame's microphone port.

Reconnect Antenna and Flex Cables
2 minPress the coaxial antenna cable and main interconnect flex cable firmly back onto their sockets.

Reinstall Loudspeaker and Midframe
4 minPosition the speaker assembly and midframe back over the phone, then secure all Phillips screws.

Reseal Back Cover
3 minApply fresh double-sided adhesive tape along the rear housing edges, then press the back cover firmly into place.
