3 minGrasp the exposed red pull tab firmly and pull upward slowly to stretch and detach the underlying tape.

1 minLift the degraded battery out of the phone chassis using a flat plastic opening card.

Clean Chassis Recess
2 minWipe away remaining adhesive residue inside the battery well using a lint-free cloth moistened with isopropyl alcohol.
