Power Off the Phone
1 minPress and hold the power button, then select Power Off on the screen. Ensure the device is fully shut down before beginning work.

Eject the SIM Card Tray
1 minInsert a SIM eject tool or paperclip into the pinhole on the upper-left side of the phone. Push firmly to eject the tray and remove it completely.

Heat the Rear Plastic Cover
3 minApply a heat gun or heated pad around the outer edges of the rear cover for two minutes to soften the internal adhesive.

Attach the Suction Handle
2 minPress a suction cup near the bottom edge of the back cover and pull upward gently to create a small gap.

Slice the Rear Cover Adhesive
4 minInsert an opening pick into the gap and slowly slide it along the edges to cut the perimeter adhesive. Do not insert the pick too deeply near the middle section to protect the fingerprint cable.

Detach the Motherboard Bracket
2 minInsert a plastic opening pick under the edge of the plastic motherboard cover and lift it clear of the frame.

Disconnect the Battery Connector
1 minUse a plastic spudger to gently lever up the battery connector from the motherboard to safely cut power to the device.

Disconnect Display and Interconnect Cables
2 minPry up the press-fit connectors for the main display cable and the lower sub-board ribbon cable from the logic board.

Disconnect the Antenna Cables
2 minUse fine tweezers to carefully unclip the black and white coaxial antenna connectors from their terminals on the logic board.

Remove the Camera Modules
3 minUnplug the front selfie camera and the rear camera cluster connectors, then lift all camera modules out of the board housing.
