   Eject the SIM Card Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the small pinhole at the top edge of the phone. Push inward firmly until the tray pops out, then remove it.

   Heat the Rear Glass Panel

   Use a heat gun or hair dryer set on low heat around the outer perimeter of the back cover for 2 to 3 minutes to soften the adhesive.

   Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove all 15 screws securing the internal plastic midframe shield to the body.

    Slice Front Screen Adhesive

    Attach a suction cup to the bottom of the screen, pull upward, and slide a plastic pick around the display perimeter to cut through adhesive.

    Remove Broken Display Screen

    Lift the front display panel off the frame, carefully guiding the display ribbon cable out through its frame slot.

    Clean Bezel Adhesive Residue
