Turn off the phone

Heat the display perimeter
2 minApply heat to the front edges of the screen using a heat gun on low setting for two minutes. This softens the adhesive securing the display to the frame.

Attach a suction cup
1 minPlace a suction cup on the lower portion of the screen near the home button. Pull gently upward to create a small gap between the glass and frame.
