   Power Off the Device

   Press and hold the power button, then select 'Power Off' on the screen. Ensure the device is fully shut down before starting disassembly.

   Eject the SIM Card Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the pinhole next to the SIM tray. Push firmly until the tray ejects, then slide it out completely.

   Heat the Back Panel

   Apply heat to the edges of the back cover using a heat gun or hairdryer on low for two minutes. This softens the adhesive securing the rear panel.

   Attach Suction Cup

   Place a suction cup on the lower portion of the back panel. Pull up gently on the ring to create a slight gap between the cover and the frame.

   Insert Opening Pick

   Slide a plastic opening pick into the seam created by the suction cup. Slice through the adhesive along the bottom edge of the device.

   Slice Back Cover Adhesive

   Guide the opening pick along the left, right, and top edges of the phone. Work slowly to avoid cracking the rear panel or snagging internal ribbon cables.

   Disconnect Fingerprint Flex Cable

   Slightly lift the back cover, taking care not to strain the fingerprint sensor cable. Use a plastic spudger to detach the connector from the motherboard sub-board.

   Remove Speaker Screws

   Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the screws securing the lower loudspeaker module to the phone frame. Place screws in an organizer tray.

   Pry Up the Speaker Housing

   Insert the flat end of a plastic spudger underneath the edge of the speaker module. Gently pry upward to release the clips holding the module in place.

    Remove the Loudspeaker

    Lift the old loudspeaker assembly out of the lower chassis with tweezers. Inspect the receded area for any leftover adhesive or debris.

    Clean Gold Contact Pads

    Moisten a cotton swab with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and wipe the exposed contact pads on the lower sub-board. Let the contacts air dry for one minute.

    Position the New Loudspeaker

    Align the new replacement loudspeaker module with the cavity at the bottom of the device. Press down evenly until the housing snaps flush into position.

    Secure the Speaker Screws

    Reinstall the Phillips screws into the loudspeaker module. Tighten each screw until snug, taking care not to strip the threads.

    Reconnect the Fingerprint Cable

    Position the rear cover near the main frame and align the fingerprint flex connector over its socket. Press down gently until it clicks into place.

    Apply Fresh Back Panel Adhesive

    Clean the frame rim with isopropyl alcohol, then apply pre-cut adhesive strips along the edges. Peel away the protective backing layer.

    Reattach the Back Cover

    Align the back panel properly over the chassis and press firmly along all edges to seal the adhesive. Slide the SIM card tray back into its slot.
