2 minPush the plastic volume rocker buttons inward from the outside to remove them from the housing.

Insert New Volume Button Covers
2 minPosition the new physical volume rocker buttons into the frame slots from the inside.

Install New Volume Button Flex
3 minPeel off the adhesive backing on the new flex cable and adhere the switches tightly against the inside frame.

Lock Volume Cable in ZIF Socket
2 minSlide the flex cable ribbon into the motherboard socket and flip the locking flap down to secure it.

Reconnect Battery Cable
1 minAlign and snap the battery press connector firmly back onto the motherboard socket.

Reattach Inner Midframe
3 minLower the midframe assembly over the phone and press around the perimeter until all clips snap into place.
