   Power Off the Device

   Press and hold the power button, then select Power Off on the screen. Ensure the phone is completely powered down before proceeding.

   Eject the SIM Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the small hole on the side of the phone. Push firmly until the tray pops out, then remove it completely.

   Heat the Rear Cover

   Use a heat gun or hair dryer on low heat to warm the edges of the back cover for two minutes. This softens the structural adhesive underneath.

   Attach Suction Cup

   Place a suction cup onto the lower portion of the rear panel. Pull up gently on the suction ring to create a minor gap along the bottom seam.

   Insert Opening Pick

   Insert an opening pick into the seam created by the suction cup. Slide it along the bottom edge to break through the adhesive bond.

   Slice Perimeter Adhesive

   Guide the pick slowly along the sides and top edge of the device. Keep the pick flat to avoid damaging internal flex cables.

   Remove the Back Cover

   Lift the rear panel away from the chassis. Set the cover aside on a clean surface.

   Unscrew Loudspeaker Cover

   Use a Phillips #000 screwdriver to remove the screws securing the lower speaker assembly. Store the screws together so they are not lost.

   Pry Up Speaker Module

   Insert the flat tip of a spudger beneath the edge of the lower housing. Gently lever the speaker assembly up from the retaining clips.

    Lift Out Damaged Speaker

    Use tweezers to lift the original speaker unit out of the lower chassis frame. Inspect the housing area for debris or stray adhesive.

    Clean Recess Contacts

    Dampen a lint-free swab with isopropyl alcohol and wipe down the speaker contact pads inside the frame. Allow it to air dry.

    Install New Speaker Module

    Press the replacement speaker into the lower chassis cavity. Make sure the metal spring contacts align properly with the frame interface.

    Secure Housing Screws

    Position the plastic speaker cover over the module and snap it down. Reinstall and tighten all Phillips screws.

    Apply Fresh Frame Adhesive

    Apply custom cut adhesive strips around the rim of the phone chassis. Peel off the protective film backing to expose the sticky surface.

    Reattach Back Cover

    Align the back cover over the frame and press firmly around all four edges. Hold pressure for 30 seconds to ensure a tight seal.

    Reinsert SIM Tray
