   Power off the phone

   Press and hold the power button, then select Power Off on the screen to shut down the device completely.

   Remove the SIM card tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole next to the SIM tray on the side of the phone and push firmly to pop it out.

   Push down on the stylus top until it clicks, then pull it completely out of its built-in slot.

   Pull up gently on the suction cup to create a small gap, then insert a plastic opening pick between the rear panel and the frame.

   Slice through perimeter adhesive

   Slide the opening pick slowly around all four edges of the back panel to separate the adhesive seal.

   Lift off the rear panel

   Carefully tilt and lift the rear cover off the phone frame and place it safely aside.

   Unscrew the loudspeaker module

   Use a Phillips #000 screwdriver to remove the screws securing the plastic loudspeaker assembly cover at the bottom of the phone.

    Pry up the loudspeaker cover

    Insert the flat edge of a spudger under the notch of the loudspeaker housing and gently pry it upward.

    Remove the old loudspeaker module

    Lift the loudspeaker module out of the lower chassis recess using tweezers or your fingers.

    Clean old adhesive residue

    Use a lint-free cloth dampened with high-percentage isopropyl alcohol to remove leftover adhesive along the frame mating edges.

    Install the new loudspeaker

    Position the replacement loudspeaker into the bottom frame cavity, ensuring the spring contact pins line up with the motherboard pads.

    Secure the speaker cover

    Place the plastic speaker housing over the module and reinstall the Phillips #000 screws until snug.

    Apply replacement rear adhesive

    Peel and lay fresh custom cut adhesive strips along the outer perimeter frame of the phone body.

    Reattach the rear panel

    Align the rear cover with the frame and press firmly around all edges for 30 seconds to set the bond.

    Reinsert the SIM tray and stylus

    Slide the SIM card tray back into its slot until flush, then push the stylus into its bottom receptacle until it clicks.
