   Power Off the Phone

   Press and hold the power button until the power menu appears. Tap Power Off and wait for the screen to turn completely black.

   Remove the SIM Card Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the small hole on the left edge of the phone. Push firmly inward to eject the tray and pull it out.

   Heat the Back Cover

   Use a heat gun or hair dryer on low heat to warm the perimeter of the back panel for about 2 minutes. This softens the factory adhesive holding the cover in place.

   Attach Suction Cup

   Place a suction cup onto the lower portion of the back panel near the USB-C port. Press down to secure a firm vacuum seal.

   Create an Opening Gap

   Pull up gently on the suction cup ring to lift the rear panel slightly away from the frame. Create a small gap along the bottom edge.

   Insert Opening Pick

   Insert the tip of a thin plastic opening pick into the gap created at the bottom edge. Do not insert it deeper than 3 millimeters.

   Slice the Rear Adhesive

   Slide the pick slowly around all four sides of the phone frame to cut through the sticky perimeter adhesive. Reapply heat if the pick meets heavy resistance.

   Remove the Rear Cover

   Lift the rear cover straight up and off the phone body. Set the panel aside in a clean location.

   Unscrew the Loudspeaker Bracket

   Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the seven screws securing the lower speaker assembly to the chassis.

    Pry Up the Loudspeaker Module

    Insert the flat end of a spudger under the notch on the side of the loudspeaker module. Carefully lever the module upward to free it from the plastic clips.

    Remove the Old Loudspeaker

    Lift the loudspeaker module out of the lower chassis cavity. Set the old speaker aside.

    Install the New Loudspeaker

    Align the replacement loudspeaker module over the lower chassis recess. Ensure the contact pads line up with the motherboard spring connectors.

    Press Speaker into Place

    Gently press down on the speaker module until it snaps securely into place within the frame.

    Reinstall Bracket Screws

    Insert and tighten the seven Phillips #00 screws to firmly secure the loudspeaker assembly.

    Apply Back Panel Adhesive

    Peel off old glue remnants and lay fresh pre-cut adhesive strips along the perimeter frame of the phone chassis.

    Reattach Rear Cover

    Align the rear cover over the chassis and press down firmly around all edges to seal the phone.
