3 minWarm the front screen perimeter with a heat gun for 2 to 3 minutes to loosen the glass adhesive bond.

Attach Suction Cup to Glass
1 minPress a suction cup onto the lower half of the screen near the bottom bezel and pull upward to form a seam.

Slice Screen Adhesive Perimeter
4 minInsert an opening pick under the loosened glass edge and slice around all four sides to separate the display adhesive.

Lift and Thread Display Cable Out
