Remove the Rear Cover
1 minGently lift the back cover away from the chassis. Take care not to strain any internal components as you remove it.

Unscrew Lower Speaker Housing
3 minUse a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the screws securing the loudspeaker assembly at the bottom of the phone.

Pry Up Speaker Housing
2 minInsert the flat tip of a spudger under the edge notch of the loudspeaker cover and pry upward gently to detach it.

Remove Old Loudspeaker Assembly
1 minLift the original loudspeaker module straight up and out of the lower chassis recess.

Set Replacement Speaker in Place
2 minPosition the new loudspeaker module into the bottom frame slot, aligning its electrical contact pads with the daughterboard pins.

Fasten Speaker Housing Screws
3 minReinstall the Phillips #00 screws into the loudspeaker assembly until finger-tight.

Reattach the Rear Cover
2 minAlign the back cover with the phone body and press firmly along all edges until you hear the plastic clips snap shut.

Reinsert the SIM Tray
1 minSlide the SIM card tray back into its slot on the side of the phone until it sits flush.
