   Power Off the Device

   Press and hold the power button, then select Power Off on the screen. Ensure the phone is completely shut down before starting.

   Eject the SIM Card Tray

   Insert a SIM eject pin into the small hole on the left edge of the phone. Push firmly until the tray pops out, then remove it.

   Warm the Rear Cover

   Apply gentle heat around the rear cover edges using a heat gun or hair dryer for approximately 1 to 2 minutes to soften the adhesive.

   Create an Access Gap

   Attach a suction cup to the lower back cover and pull upward gently. Insert a plastic prying pick into the seam that opens near the bottom edge.

   Unclip the Rear Panel

   Slide the plastic tool along the perimeter of the phone to release all plastic clips securing the rear panel.

   Disconnect Fingerprint Reader Cable

    Insert your prying tool under the corner of the loudspeaker housing and lift it out of the device.

    Use a spudger to disconnect the wide main interconnect ribbon cable from the bottom charging sub-board.

    Disconnect the Antenna Coax Cable

    Gently pry up the head of the white coaxial antenna cable connected to the left side of the sub-board using tweezers.

    Remove the Faulty Sub-Board

    Pry gently beneath the bottom edge of the charging port sub-board and lift it out of the housing.

    Position New Charging Sub-Board

    Place the replacement sub-board into the lower cavity, aligning the USB-C port precisely with the cutout in the frame.

    Attach Antenna Cable

    Align the coaxial antenna connector over its socket on the new sub-board and snap it down firmly using tweezers.
