   Power Off Device

   Ensure the Moto G 5G 2025 is completely powered down before starting. Press and hold the power button, then select Power Off.

   Eject SIM Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole on the left frame edge. Push firmly inward to eject the SIM card tray.

   Warm Back Cover

   Apply heat using a heat gun around the outer edges of the rear cover for two minutes to soften the adhesive. Keep the heat source moving constantly.

   Attach Suction Cup

   Press a suction cup firmly near the bottom edge of the rear panel. Pull up on the ring to create a small gap.

   Insert Opening Pick

   Slide an opening pick into the gap created between the back panel and the frame. Leave it in place to prevent re-sealing.

   Slide additional opening picks along all four sides of the rear cover to cut through the peripheral adhesive.
