   Apply a heat gun set to low temperature evenly around the edges of the back panel for approximately two minutes to soften the adhesive.

   Slice rear panel adhesive

   Attach a suction cup to the bottom rear glass and pull gently to create a small gap. Insert a plastic opening pick and slide it along the perimeter to slice through the adhesive seal.

   Lift and remove back panel

   Carefully tilt up the back panel from the chassis, ensuring no internal cables are snagged, and set it aside.

   Unscrew motherboard protective cover

   Use a Phillips #000 screwdriver to remove all visible screws securing the plastic upper motherboard shield.

   Remove upper shield frame

   Insert a spudger under the edge of the upper plastic cover and gently pry it up to remove it from the frame.

   Carefully detach the press connectors for both the front-facing camera and rear camera assemblies using a spudger.

    Disconnect coaxial antenna cables

    Use precision tweezers to gently pop off the white and black coaxial antenna connectors from the logic board.

    Remove logic board mounting screws

    Unscrew the small Phillips screws anchoring the main logic board to the inner midframe.

    Pry up main logic board

    Gently insert a spudger beneath the bottom edge of the logic board and lift it clear from the phone body.

    Install replacement logic board

    Position the new logic board into the phone frame, ensuring all flex cables remain resting above the board.

    Reinstall and tighten the Phillips screws to firmly secure the logic board into the chassis.

    Snap the camera flex connectors back onto the board and carefully press the coaxial antenna connectors into their sockets.
