4 minPull up on the suction cup to create a gap, then slide an opening pick around the entire frame boundary.

Remove the damaged display
2 minLift the display assembly up from the phone housing, carefully threading the flex cable through the slot.

Clean adhesive from frame
5 minScrape away lingering adhesive strips and tiny glass particles using tweezers and isopropyl alcohol.
