Step-by-step

Power Down the Phone

Eject the SIM Card Tray

2 minLift out the lower daughterboard containing the USB-C charging port and audio jack.

Scrub Boards with Isopropyl Alcohol
10 minSubmerge a soft brush in 99% isopropyl alcohol and gently scrub all liquid residue and corrosion off both boards.

Dry the Circuit Boards
15 minPlace the cleaned motherboards on a lint-free cloth and let them air dry completely for at least 30 minutes.
