Power off the phone
1 minPress and hold the power button, then select power off to ensure the phone is fully shut down.

Eject the SIM card tray
1 minInsert a SIM eject tool into the pinhole on the top edge of the Moto G7 and pull out the tray.

Heat the rear glass cover
2 minApply heat around the edges of the back cover for two minutes using a heat gun or hairdryer.

Attach a suction cup
