   Power Off the Device

   Remove the SIM Card Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool or paperclip into the small hole on the top-left edge of the phone. Push firmly to pop the tray out and set it aside.

   Heat the Rear Cover

   Apply a heat gun or hair dryer along the perimeter of the back glass for about two minutes. This softens the factory adhesive holding the panel.

   Attach the Suction Cup

   Press a suction cup firmly onto the lower half of the rear glass cover near the edge.

   Pull up on the suction cup to create a slight gap between the glass and the body frame. Insert a thin plastic opening pick into the gap.

   Slide the plastic pick along all four edges of the back panel to slice through the adhesive. Keep the pick shallow to avoid damaging internal flex cables.

   Disconnect the Fingerprint Sensor

   Gently hinge the rear cover open from the left side like a book. Use tweezers or a spudger to pry up the fingerprint sensor ribbon connector from the motherboard.

   Unscrew the Speaker Enclosure Screws

    Insert the flat edge of a spudger under the top lip of the bottom speaker housing. Gently lever the plastic housing up to unclip it from the phone frame.

    Remove the Loudspeaker Module

    Lift the entire speaker block assembly out of the lower chassis. Inspect the housing cavity for any leftover adhesive or debris.

    Install the New Loudspeaker

    Align the replacement loudspeaker module with the gold contact pads on the lower frame. Press it flat into the cavity.

    Snap the Speaker Housing into Place

    Position the plastic lower cover over the bottom section of the phone. Press down firmly along the edges until the clips snap shut.

    Reinstall Lower Cover Screws

    Tighten all Phillips #00 screws back into the lower speaker assembly. Drive them gently until snug without stripping the plastic sockets.

    Reconnect the Fingerprint Ribbon Cable

    Reattach the Rear Cover

    Lower the rear glass cover straight down onto the frame. Press firmly along all edges for 30 seconds to ensure a tight seal.

    Reinsert the SIM Tray
