1 minPress a suction cup onto the lower portion of the back panel. Gently pull upward on the suction cup handle to create a small gap.

2 minInsert a thin plastic opening pick into the gap created between the back panel and the frame. Slide it along the bottom edge.

Slice Perimeter Adhesive
3 minSlide the pick carefully around all sides of the back panel to cut through the adhesive. Keep the pick flat to avoid damaging internal components.

Remove the Back Cover
1 minLift the rear cover straight off the chassis. Set the back panel aside on a clean work surface.

Unscrew Speaker Enclosure
2 minUse a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the screws holding down the lower speaker module.

Remove Lower Speaker Assembly
1 minInsert the edge of a plastic spudger underneath the speaker housing. Pry gently to unclip and remove the speaker from the frame.

Disconnect Interconnect Flex Cable
1 minUse the flat end of a spudger to pry the main interconnect ribbon connector directly up off the charging port sub-board.

Disconnect Antenna Coaxial Cable
1 minGrasp the antenna cable head with fine tweezers near the connection point. Carefully lift it straight up to disconnect it from the sub-board.

Remove Sub-Board Securing Screw
1 minRemove the single Phillips screw securing the charging port sub-board to the lower phone chassis.

Pry Out Old Charging Sub-Board
1 minInsert a spudger beneath the edge of the sub-board. Gently lever the board upward to free it from the lower frame cavity.

Position New Charging Sub-Board
2 minPlace the replacement charging port sub-board into the lower recess, aligning the USB-C port with the frame cutout.

Fasten Sub-Board Screw
1 minReinstall and tighten the Phillips screw to fix the new sub-board securely to the frame.

Reconnect Antenna Coaxial Cable

3 minWipe away old adhesive residue on the frame using isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber cloth, then apply new pre-cut adhesive strips.

Reattach Back Cover
2 minAlign the back panel with the phone frame. Press firmly along all edges to ensure a tight, even seal.

Reinsert SIM Tray
1 minPush the SIM card tray back into its slot on the side of the phone until flush with the body.
