   Eject SIM Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole next to the card tray on the left edge. Push firmly to pop the tray out, then remove it completely.

   Heat Rear Cover

   Apply heat evenly to the edges of the plastic back panel using a heat gun for 1 to 2 minutes. This softens the internal adhesive tape.

   Insert Opening Pick

   Place a suction cup near the bottom edge and pull upward to create a small gap. Insert an opening pick into the seam between the back panel and frame.

   Unclip Rear Cover

   Slide the pick around all four edges to slice through adhesive and pop the internal clips. Work carefully along the sides to avoid snapping the plastic cover.

   Remove Rear Cover

   Lift the rear panel off the phone body once all clips are released. Set the back panel aside on a clean workspace.

   Unscrew Speaker Cover

   Use a Phillips #000 screwdriver to remove the screws securing the bottom speaker housing assembly. Keep the screws grouped together safely on your mat.

   Insert the flat end of a spudger under the notch of the lower speaker assembly. Pry gently upward to release the cover from the chassis.

    Clean Contact Pads

    Seat New Speaker
