Step-by-step

Remove Stylus and SIM Tray
1 minPress the stylus to eject it from the slot and remove it. Insert a SIM eject tool into the tray hole to release and extract the SIM card tray.

Heat Back Cover
2 minApply heat using a heat gun or hair dryer around the outer edges of the rear cover for two minutes to soften the internal adhesive.

Attach Suction Cup
1 minPlace a suction cup near the bottom edge of the back cover and pull upward firmly to create a small gap.

Slice Back Cover Adhesive

2 minGently pry up the coaxial antenna connector from the sub-board using fine tweezers or a spudger tip.

2 minPry beneath the sub-board with a spudger to lift it out of the frame housing.

Install Replacement Sub-Board
2 minAlign the replacement sub-board into the lower cavity, ensuring the microphone rubber gasket fits neatly against the frame opening.

Reconnect Connectors and Antenna
2 minSnap the antenna coaxial cable and main flex cable firmly onto the new sub-board.

Reinstall Loudspeaker Assembly
3 minPlace the loudspeaker module over the sub-board and secure it with the Phillips #00 screws.
