   Eject the SIM Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole next to the tray on the left edge. Push firmly to pop out the SIM tray and remove it.

   Heat the Back Cover

   Apply a heat gun or hair dryer evenly around the edges of the rear panel for 2 minutes to soften the adhesive.

   Attach Suction Cup

   Press a suction cup onto the lower portion of the rear glass/plastic panel and pull upward gently to create a gap.

   Insert Opening Pick

   Slide a thin plastic opening pick into the gap created between the back panel and the frame.

   Slice Rear Adhesive

   Slide the opening pick slowly around all four edges of the back cover to cut through the perimeter tape.

   Remove Back Cover

   Lift the rear cover completely off the phone body and place it aside.

   Unscrew Motherboard Frame

   Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove all securing screws from the top motherboard protective bezel.

   Remove Motherboard Cover

   Gently pry up and remove the plastic motherboard shield using a spudger.

   Disconnect the Battery

   Pry the battery press connector straight up off the motherboard using a plastic spudger to cut power.

    Unscrew Speaker Assembly

    Remove the Phillips #00 screws holding down the lower speaker module at the bottom of the frame.

    Remove Speaker Assembly

    Use tweezers or a spudger to lift the speaker enclosure out of the chassis.

    Disconnect Display Flex Cable

    Use a spudger to disconnect the display flex cable from the main motherboard or sub-board socket.

    Heat Front Screen

    Warm the edges of the front glass with a heat gun for 2–3 minutes to loosen the screen adhesive.

    Slice Display Adhesive

    Insert a plastic pick under the front glass border and slice around all perimeter edges.

    Separate Damaged Screen

    Lift the screen panel away while carefully guiding the attached flex cable through the slot in the frame.

    Clean Frame Surface

    Scrape away remaining old adhesive and clean the frame ledge using isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth.

    Apply New Adhesive

    Place double-sided adhesive strips carefully along all inner perimeter ledges of the frame.

    Install New Screen

    Thread the new screen flex cable through the frame slot and press the display panel flush onto the frame.

    Reconnect Display Flex Cable

    Align and press the display connector firmly onto its circuit board socket until it snaps in.

    Align and press the battery connector back onto the motherboard.

    Reinstall Speaker Assembly

    Place the speaker module into position at the bottom and secure it with the Phillips screws.

    Reinstall Motherboard Cover

    Position the top plastic cover back over the motherboard and tighten all Phillips screws.

    Seal Rear Cover

    Apply adhesive to the edges of the rear panel, press it onto the back of the phone, and hold firmly.

    Reinsert SIM Tray

    Slide the SIM card tray back into the slot on the left side until flush.
