   Eject SIM Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole next to the SIM card slot on the bottom edge. Push firmly to eject the tray and remove it.

   Heat Back Cover

   Use a heat gun or hair dryer on low heat around the edges of the back cover for two minutes to soften the adhesive. Ensure the back cover remains touchable to avoid overheating.

   Attach Suction Cup

   Place a suction cup on the lower third of the back cover. Pull gently upward to create a small gap between the cover and the frame.

   Insert Opening Pick

   Slide a thin plastic opening pick into the gap created by the suction cup. Gently slice around the bottom corner to sever the adhesive seal.

   Slice Back Cover Adhesive

   Carefully move the pick along all four edges of the back panel to release the remaining adhesive. Insert the pick no deeper than 5mm to avoid damaging internal cables.

   Lift Off Back Cover

   Lift the back cover off the phone frame completely. Set the back panel aside on a clean, soft surface.

   Unscrew Speaker Enclosure

   Use a Phillips #000 screwdriver to remove the screws securing the lower motherboard bracket and loudspeaker assembly. Keep track of all removed screws for reassembly.

   Disconnect Battery Cable

   Use a plastic spudger to gently pry up and disconnect the battery press connector from the motherboard. This prevents electrical shorts during repair.

   Pry Out Speaker Module

   Insert the flat end of a spudger under the edge of the lower loudspeaker housing. Carefully pry the module upward to detach it from the phone chassis.

    Install New Speaker Module

    Align the replacement loudspeaker module with the bottom housing of the phone frame. Press down firmly along its edges until it snaps securely into place.

    Reconnect Battery Cable

    Align the battery flex cable connector over its socket on the motherboard and press down lightly until it clicks into place.

    Secure Speaker Screws

    Reinstall the Phillips #000 screws into the loudspeaker module to fasten it to the frame. Avoid overtightening the screws.

    Apply Back Cover Adhesive

    Clean remaining old adhesive off the frame edges using isopropyl alcohol. Apply fresh double-sided adhesive tape along the perimeter of the phone frame.

    Reattach Back Cover

    Align the back cover with the edges of the frame and press firmly around the entire perimeter to seal it. Reinsert the SIM card tray.
