Eject the SIM tray
1 minInsert a SIM eject tool into the hole at the bottom frame of the phone. Press firmly until the SIM tray pops out, then pull it out completely.

Heat the rear panel
3 minApply heat with a heat gun around the outer edges of the back panel for about two minutes to soften the adhesive.

Apply the suction cup
2 minAttach a suction cup near the bottom edge of the back panel. Pull upward gently to create a small gap between the cover and frame.

Attach the coaxial antennas
3 minSnap the black and white coaxial antenna connectors back onto their matching headers on the new sub-board.

Reconnect the main flex cable
