   Power off the device completely

   Press and hold the Power button, then select Power Off on the screen. Ensure the device is fully shut down before proceeding.

   Heat the back cover edges

   Use a heat gun or hair dryer set to low heat along the edges of the back cover for two minutes to soften the adhesive.

   Attach a suction cup to the back cover

   Place a suction cup near the bottom edge of the back panel and press firmly to create a seal.

   Insert an opening pick under the back cover

   Pull up on the suction cup to create a small gap and insert a plastic opening pick between the cover and frame.

   Slice through the back cover adhesive

   Slide the pick carefully around all four edges of the back panel to sever the underlying adhesive strips.

   Remove the back panel

   Lift the back cover away from the chassis and set it aside in a clean area.

   Remove upper motherboard bracket screws

   Use a Phillips #000 screwdriver to remove all screws securing the plastic motherboard bracket.

    Apply even heat around the curved edges of the front glass screen for three minutes to weaken the glue.

    Place the suction cup near the top or bottom of the screen glass and press down firmly.

    Pull up on the suction cup and carefully slide a thin plastic pick between the display and the frame.

    Slice around display perimeter

    Move the pick along the top, sides, and bottom to slice through all screen adhesive.

    Thread the screen flex through the frame gap

    Lift the screen away slightly while guiding its flex cable through the slot in the phone frame.

    Remove the damaged screen completely

    Separate the screen entirely from the frame and dispose of it safely.

    Clean old display adhesive from frame

    Scrape off residual glue from the frame bevels using tweezers and isopropyl alcohol on a lint-free cloth.

    Apply new screen adhesive strips

    Lay down custom double-sided display adhesive strips along the inner border of the frame.

    Thread new screen flex through frame

    Guide the cable of the replacement screen through the dedicated frame slot carefully.

    Connect new display flex cable

    Press the screen cable connector onto the motherboard socket until it snaps firmly into place.

    Reconnect battery and perform test boot

    Snap the battery connector onto its socket, turn the phone on briefly, and verify touch/display functions.

    After powering off again, align the display edges perfectly and press firmly around the entire perimeter.

    Reinstall loudspeaker module and upper bracket
