Power Off Device
1 minPress and hold the power button, then select Power Off on the screen. Ensure the device is fully shut down before proceeding.

Eject SIM Tray
1 minInsert a SIM eject tool into the small hole on the bottom edge of the phone. Push firmly until the tray pops out, then remove it.

Heat Back Cover
