   Power Off Device

   Press and hold the power button, then select Power Off on the screen. Ensure the device is fully shut down before proceeding.

   Eject SIM Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole on the left side of the phone. Push inward firmly to eject the card tray and remove it.

   Pry Off Rear Panel

   Insert a thin plastic prying tool into the seam near the charging port. Pry along the perimeter to release the snap-fit rear cover.

   Disconnect Fingerprint Reader Flex Cable

   Use a plastic spudger to gently pop the fingerprint sensor press connector off the motherboard. Lift the rear panel away.

    Apply smooth, steady heat to the edges of the front screen with a heat gun for 2–3 minutes to soften the frame adhesive.

    Attach Suction Cup

    Place a suction cup onto the lower third of the front glass screen and press down to seal the suction.

    Insert Plastic Opening Pick

    Pull up on the suction cup ring to create a small gap, then slide an opening pick between the glass panel and bezel.

    Slice Screen Adhesive

    Slide the pick around all four outer edges of the phone to cut through the display adhesive.

    Carefully lift the display panel up while guiding its attached flex cable out through the frame slot.

    Align the replacement screen carefully with the edges of the frame and press firmly around all perimeter borders to set.

    Reinstall Motherboard Shield

    Place the upper plastic shield over the motherboard and tighten its Phillips screws.

    Connect Fingerprint Sensor and Snap Rear Cover

    Attach the fingerprint flex cable to the motherboard socket, then press the back cover firmly onto the phone until snaps engage.

    Reinsert SIM Card Tray
