Pry Off Back Cover

Disconnect Volume and Power Key Flex
2 minCarefully unlatch and disconnect the side button flex cable from the left side of the motherboard.

Unclip Antenna Cable
2 minUse fine tweezers to gently pry the coaxial antenna cable connector off the logic board socket.

Lift Out Logic Board
3 minGently pry up the motherboard from the top edge and lift it out of the chassis. Ensure no remaining flex cables catch during removal.

Position Replacement Logic Board
3 minSet the new logic board into the phone frame top-first, ensuring all alignment pins fit snugly.

Reconnect Board Connectors
5 minSnap the display, digitizer, button flex, camera modules, and antenna cable back onto their motherboard sockets.
