   Eject SIM Card Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the small hole on the upper left edge of the phone. Push firmly inward to eject the tray, then remove it completely.

   Heat Back Panel

   Apply heat evenly around the rear cover edges for 2 minutes using a heat gun or hair dryer. This softens the plastic retention clips and perimeter adhesive tape.

   Pry Open Back Panel

   Insert a thin plastic prying tool into the seam between the back panel and the frame near the bottom corner. Twist gently to unsnap the first retention clip.

   Lift Off Back Panel

    Disconnect Display Flex Cable

    Apply Heat to Display Glass

    Attach Suction Cup to Screen

    Feed Display Cable and Set Screen

    Thread the ribbon cable of the new replacement screen through the frame slot. Align the screen glass with the frame and press it evenly into place.

    Connect Display and Battery Flexes

    Align and snap the display flex connector onto its motherboard socket. Reconnect the battery flex cable to power the device back up.

    Reinstall Upper Bracket and Lower Speaker
