Power off the phone

Pry up speaker housing

Remove faulty loudspeaker
1 minLift the old loudspeaker module out of the lower chassis completely.

1 minAlign the replacement loudspeaker module over the lower chassis alignment pins.

Press speaker into place
1 minGently press down on the speaker assembly until the metallic contacts align and the housing sits flush.

Fasten speaker housing screws
3 minReinstall the seven Phillips #000 screws to hold the loudspeaker module in place.

Snap rear cover back on
2 minAlign the rear cover with the body and press firmly along all edges until every clip snaps shut.

Reinsert SIM tray
1 minPush the SIM card tray back into its slot on the frame until flush.
