Remove the SIM tray
1 minInsert a SIM eject tool into the hole next to the SIM tray and press firmly to pop it out.

Warm the back cover edges
2 minApply mild heat along the rear plastic cover edges using a heat gun or hair dryer to soften the perimeter clips.

Unclip the rear panel
3 minInsert a plastic pry tool into the seam between the rear cover and the front frame near the SIM slot.

Detach the rear cover

Seat the new microphone board
