   Eject the SIM Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole at the right side of the device. Push firmly to eject the tray and remove it.

   Heat the Rear Glass

   Use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm the outer edges of the rear glass for 2-3 minutes. This softens the factory adhesive holding the panel.

   Attach the Suction Cup

   Press a suction cup firmly onto the lower portion of the rear glass cover. Ensure a tight seal near the bottom edge.

   Insert an Opening Pick

   Pull up on the suction handle to create a small gap at the bottom seam. Insert a plastic opening pick into the gap.

   Slice Bottom Adhesive

   Slide the opening pick back and forth along the bottom edge to slice through the adhesive. Leave the pick in place to prevent re-sealing.

   Slice Side Adhesive

   Insert a second opening pick and slide it along the left edge of the phone to cut the glue. Repeat this process for the right side.

   Slice Top Adhesive

   Guide an opening pick around the top edge of the back cover. Be careful around the camera housing area.

   Remove the Rear Glass

   Lift the rear glass cover straight off the chassis. Set it aside on a clean work surface.

   Unscrew the Upper Midframe

   Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the 10 screws securing the upper midframe and wireless charging assembly.

    Remove Wireless Charging Module

    Insert a spudger under the top edge of the wireless charging frame. Pry upward gently to release the clips and remove the frame.

    Disconnect the Battery

    Use the flat end of a spudger to pry the battery connector straight up from its motherboard socket. This prevents short circuits while working.

    Unscrew the Loudspeaker

    Remove the 5 Phillips screws securing the lower loudspeaker housing to the frame.

    Remove the Loudspeaker Assembly

    Pry up the loudspeaker module using a spudger and lift it out of the device.

    Apply Battery Adhesive Remover

    Apply a few drops of isopropyl alcohol or adhesive remover along the edges of the battery. Allow it to sit for 2 minutes to dissolve the glue.

    Pry Up the Battery

    Insert a plastic card or flat spudger under the bottom edge of the battery. Pry upward slowly and steadily to release the adhesive underneath.

    Remove the Old Battery

    Lift the battery out of the chassis once the adhesive breaks free. Safely set aside the old battery for recycling.

    Clean the Battery Well

    Use a lint-free cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol to remove leftover adhesive residue from the frame.

    Apply New Battery Adhesive

    Peel the backing from new battery adhesive strips and lay them flat inside the battery well.

    Install the New Battery

    Align the replacement battery in the housing and press it down firmly onto the adhesive.

    Reconnect the Battery Cable

    Align the battery press connector over its motherboard socket and press straight down until it snaps into place.

    Reinstall the Loudspeaker

    Place the loudspeaker assembly into the lower frame. Secure it with the 5 Phillips screws removed earlier.

    Reinstall the Midframe

    Position the wireless charging midframe over the motherboard. Press along the edges to clip it into place, then secure it with 10 Phillips screws.

    Apply Rear Glass Adhesive

    Clean old adhesive off the rear panel, then apply a pre-cut replacement adhesive gasket to the perimeter of the phone frame.

    Attach Rear Glass

    Align the rear glass panel over the frame and press firmly around all edges to seal the phone.

    Reinsert the SIM Tray

    Slide the SIM card tray back into its slot on the right side of the device until flush.
