Step-by-step

Eject the SIM tray
2 minInsert a SIM eject tool into the hole next to the tray on the side of the phone. Press firmly until the tray pops out, then remove it completely.

Heat the rear glass
3 minApply a heat gun or hair dryer around the perimeter of the back cover for two minutes to soften the internal adhesive.

Slice the rear glass adhesive
5 minAttach a suction cup near the bottom edge, pull upward to create a slight gap, and slide an opening pick around all edges.

Disconnect the fingerprint sensor flex
