Slice Rear Adhesive
4 minInsert an opening pick into the seam gap and carefully slide it around the perimeter to cut through the adhesive seal.

Remove Back Glass
1 minLift the rear glass panel away from the chassis once all adhesive borders are sliced.

Unscrew Loudspeaker Module
2 minRemove the six Phillips #00 screws securing the lower loudspeaker assembly to the phone frame.

Pry Up Speaker Assembly
1 minInsert the point of a spudger under the notch of the speaker module and pry it upward to detach it from the phone.

Install New Loudspeaker
2 minAlign the new replacement loudspeaker assembly over the lower cavity and press down until it sits flush.

Secure Speaker Screws
2 minReinstall the six Phillips #00 screws to firmly attach the speaker module back to the chassis.

Clean Old Adhesive
3 minUse isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth to remove old adhesive residue from the back cover and metal frame.

Apply Fresh Adhesive
2 minPeel the protective backing off the replacement rear glass adhesive and stick it precisely onto the phone frame.

Reattach Back Cover
2 minAlign the rear glass cover with the chassis and press firmly along all edges to seat the adhesive seal.
