Step-by-step

Power Off Phone
1 minPress and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons, then select Power Off on the screen.

Eject SIM Tray
1 minInsert a SIM eject tool or paperclip into the hole on the left frame to pop out the SIM tray.

Heat Display Edges
