Power Off Device
1 minPress and hold the side button until the power slider appears, then slide to turn off the iPhone completely.

Eject SIM Tray
1 minInsert a SIM eject tool or straightened paperclip into the SIM tray hole to pop out the tray.

Remove Pentalobe Screws
2 minUnscrew the two 3.5 mm P2 Pentalobe screws located on either side of the Lightning port.

2 minRemove the four Tri-point Y000 screws securing the lower bracket cover over the battery and display connectors.

2 minRemove the three Tri-point Y000 screws holding the upper display connector bracket and lift the bracket out.
