Step-by-step

Power Off the Device
1 minPress and hold the Side button, then slide the power icon to turn off the iPhone 7 completely.

Remove Pentalobe Screws

3 minRemove the three Phillips #000 screws holding the upper bracket, lift the bracket, and disconnect the front camera assembly connector.

Eject SIM Card Tray
1 minInsert a SIM eject tool or straightened paperclip into the SIM tray hole and push firmly to eject the tray.

Disconnect Rear Camera
3 minRemove the two Phillips screws securing the camera bracket, lift off the bracket, and disconnect the rear camera cable.

Disconnect Upper Board Connectors
3 minPry up the audio control cable, antenna cable, and power button flex connectors from the top edge of the board.

Remove Logic Board Standoff Screws
4 minUnscrew the standoff screws and Phillips screws securing the logic board to the rear housing.

Remove Upper Wi-Fi Antenna Bracket
2 minRemove the top left grounding bracket screws and lift the bracket out with tweezers.

Extract the Logic Board
3 minCarefully pivot the bottom end of the logic board up and slide it out of the rear enclosure, ensuring no cables snag.
