   Power Off Device

   Turn off your iPhone 15 Plus completely before starting disassembly. Ensure the battery level is discharged below 25% to minimize thermal risks.

   Remove Bottom Screws

   Unscrew and remove the two P2 Pentalobe screws located on either side of the USB-C port.

   Apply Heat to Back Glass

   Use a heat gun or hair dryer to gently warm the outer perimeter of the back glass panel for approximately two minutes. This softens the factory waterproof adhesive.

   Attach Suction Cup

   Press a suction cup firmly onto the lower portion of the rear glass panel, just above the bottom edge.

   Create Initial Separation

   Pull up firmly on the suction cup to lift the back glass slightly away from the aluminum frame.

   Insert Opening Pick

   2 min

   Slide a plastic opening pick into the small gap created along the bottom seam.

   Slice Perimeter Adhesive

   5 min

   Carefully slide the opening pick around all four edges to slice through the perimeter adhesive. Do not insert the pick deeper than 4mm.

   Open Back Panel

   Gently swing the back glass open toward the right side like the front cover of a book. Rest the glass against a stable object to prevent straining delicate flex cables.

   Unscrew Battery Cover Plate

   Remove the Tri-Point Y000 screws securing the lower metal connector cover to the logic board.

    Disconnect Battery Cable

    Use the flat end of a spudger to pry the battery connector straight up from its socket.

    Unscrew Coil Bracket

    Remove the Tri-Point Y000 screws holding down the wireless charging coil connector bracket.

    Disconnect Wireless Charging Flex Cable

    Pry the wireless charging coil connector straight up off the logic board using a spudger.

    Detach Wireless Charging Assembly

    Gently loosen and lift the old wireless charging coil and MagSafe magnet assembly off the inner back housing.

    Position Replacement Charging Coil

    Align the new wireless charging coil assembly onto the internal mounting points and press it flat into position.

    Reconnect Wireless Charging Cable

    Align and press the wireless charging ribbon cable connector into its board socket until it snaps securely into place.

    Secure Coil Bracket

    Position the metal retaining bracket over the wireless charging connector and reinstall the Tri-Point screws.

    Reconnect Battery

    Press the battery cable connector back into its socket, then reinstall the metal cover plate and secure its screws.

    Apply New Perimeter Seal

    Clean off old adhesive remnants using isopropyl alcohol, then align and press new pre-cut adhesive strips onto the perimeter frame.

    Realign and Press Back Glass

    Align the back glass panel with the frame and press firmly around all edges to seal the adhesive.

    Reinstall Pentalobe Screws

    Thread and tighten the two P2 Pentalobe screws adjacent to the USB-C port to complete the assembly.
