Power Off Device
1 minPress and hold the side button and volume down button, then slide the screen toggle to completely turn off your iPhone 15 Plus.

Remove Pentalobe Screws
2 minUnscrew the two 6.8 mm P2 Pentalobe screws located on the bottom edge next to the USB-C port.

Heat Back Glass Edge
3 minApply a heated iOpener or heat gun around the perimeter of the back glass for two minutes to soften the adhesive.

Attach Suction Cup
2 minPlace a suction handle near the bottom edge of the back glass and pull up firmly to create a small gap.

1 minInsert an opening pick into the gap created at the bottom edge of the back glass.

4 minSlide the pick carefully along the sides and top edge to sever the rear glass adhesive seal.

2 minRemove the Tri-Point Y000 screws securing the lower connector cover bracket to the frame.

1 minUse a plastic spudger to pry the battery connector straight up from its socket to cut power to the board.

Disconnect Back Glass Cable
2 minPry up the rear glass assembly connector and set the entire back panel safely aside.

Unscrew Upper Cable Cover Bracket
2 minRemove the Tri-Point screws securing the upper metal bracket covering the logic board connectors.

Disconnect Display and Sensor Flexes
2 minDisconnect the display cable and ambient sensor connectors from the logic board using a spudger.

Disconnect Rear Camera Array
3 minDisconnect the rear camera flex cables and lift the camera module out of the housing.

Remove SIM Tray Assembly
1 minInsert a SIM eject tool into the tray hole on the side to pop out and remove the SIM card tray.

Unscrew Logic Board Fasteners
4 minRemove all standoff screws and Phillips screws anchoring the logic board to the chassis.

Extract Logic Board
3 minGently lift the logic board up from the lower edge and pull it out from under the upper clips.
